THESE INSTRUCTIONS ARE TO
HELP MINIMIZE ANY FRUSTRATION WITH THE ORDERING PROCESS. PLEASE READ CONTENTS
IN FULL SO AS TO MAKE NO MISTAKES AND TO RELIEVE CONFUSION.
When ordering embroidery please make sure
what you are typing in is accurate to the T. There are no returns for custom
products with custom embroidery on it. You can order lettering and or designs.
You are able to choose thread color for lettering only.
DASH COVERS, SEAT COVERS, FLOOR MATS: After
you have filled out all the information for the product you are ordering, and
have added your item to your cart, you must then click on continue shopping to
come back to the product ordering page. From there you will click on the link
under "See Also: CLICK
HERE TO ADD EMBROIDERY. After
clicking on that link, you will be directed to the embroidery ordering page
for that particular product. From there you must fill in the blanks for the
questions asked. Now, if the question does not apply to your particular needs,
then you will leave this blank or click
"NONE". Which ever applies to
that particular question. If you are choosing lettering, please be sure to add
periods if you are having initials, instead of a name.
PLEASE BE ACCURATE ON SPELLING ! If you are
choosing a design there are a few steps that have to be taken before you can
proceed to order. You must click on a link of interest, example:"
CLICK HERE FOR AIRCRAFT DESIGNS". Once you
have found your particular design, you must click on that design. It will blow
up the design for better viewing. It will also give you a file #, and a stitch
count. YOU MUST NOTE THESE
THINGS TO ORDER CORRECTLY. Once you have
writtten these things down, click on your browser's back button until you
have reached our embroidery ordering page again. Pay no attention to the
prices that are given originally with the design, that is for the disk itself
of that design. The prices on the embroidery ordering page are listed by
stitch count. You will need to fill in the blank field for file # if it
applies. You will then need to click on the correct stitch count range for
your particular design. Once you have done that you just need to click on the
add to cart button to add this to your order. From there you can continue
shopping or check out.
Dash cover embroidery is on the passenger side only.
This is because this is the best area for placement of lettering or a design.
Seat cover embroidery is placed at the shoulder line for best visibility and
placement. Floor mat embroidery is normally 8 inches up from the bottom of the
mat and centered.
If you are
ordering one design or having lettering done on the driver side of a floor mat
or a seat cover, and are wanting something different on the passenger side
then you must follow these instructions. First pick what is to be embroidered
on your seat cover or floor mat. Choose which side it is going on, driver or
passenger side. Once you have finished with all of the questions please click
on the add to cart button. From there you can review your order. If you are
wanting to have something on the passenger side as well, then click on
continue shopping. This will bring you back to the embroidery ordering page.
From there you will fill in the blanks to the questions, but this time click
on "passenger side" for placement. From there you will add to cart and do what
you did before. If you are done with your order, and after reviewing, all is
well, then click on checkout.
